4. Quality Assurance
Our Quality Assurance department applied QA plan to ensure the work is being done properly and according to the client specs and instruction.
- Our QA Checks material received from suppliers ( Trays, Earth cables, Power cables , accessories, Distribution Panels, Pipes, A/C, ……… ) Including Warranty Papers for this materials and make sure that it is made according to Spec's.
- Our QA Checks steel bases for towers and shelters and make sure that it galvanized and fabricated according to spec's.
- Our QA Arrange internal audit visits to sites under construction and ensure the building process quality.
- Our QA Arrange the client acceptance visits for sites already constructed and correct any snags instructed by client.
- Our QA Collect all sites documents (Warranty certificates, consultant certificates,…) , drawing cads and taking photos.
- Our QA Prepare sites As built files.
- Our QA Follow the invoices procedures up to invoicing completion.
